Full Payment (Best Value)

  • Single invoice for the full project total.
  • Fastest provisioning and scheduling priority.
  • Immediate invite to your private workspace after confirmation.
Option B

Installments (50% Upfront)

  • 50% deposit to start.
  • Remaining 50% split across project milestones.
  • Milestones are tied to deliverables and timeline, not calendar months.

We’ll outline milestone dates on the Statement of Work (SOW) so expectations are crystal clear.

Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways. Bank transfer details appear on your invoice if selected.

Tax, Currency & Location

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Applicable taxes or VAT are calculated based on your billing address and local regulations.
  • International clients are responsible for any bank or conversion fees from their provider.

Late Payments, Scope Changes & Project Holds

Late Payments

  • Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated.
  • Work may pause if a payment is past due, to protect timeline integrity.

Change Requests

  • We’ll evaluate impact on scope, timeline, and cost.
  • Approved changes are added as line-item add-ons before work proceeds.

Project Holds

  • If assets or approvals are delayed, we can hold the project for up to 21 days.
  • Beyond that, we’ll reschedule the remaining work to the next available slot.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Our projects are custom-built (infrastructure, dashboards, automations, brand assets). Once provisioning or development begins, time and licenses are committed and cannot be reversed.

If a genuine billing error occurs (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us within 7 business days. We’ll review and correct where applicable.

Receipts & Billing Profile

  • Receipts: Emailed automatically after each successful payment.
  • Company Details: You can request invoice fields (legal name, VAT/ABN, address) via ticket before the next invoice.
  • Update Billing Method: Open a ticket and we’ll send a secure link to update your payment method on file.

Billing FAQs

Can I switch from installments to full payment later?

Yes. You can settle the remaining balance in one payment at any time. We’ll update your invoice and confirm in writing.

What triggers a milestone invoice?

Beginning of the next defined deliverable (e.g., “Website Build” → “Automations Setup”). You’ll always see milestones listed on your SOW.

Do you charge late fees?

We prefer to resolve things cooperatively. If an invoice remains unpaid and impacts scheduling, we may apply a hold or reschedule to the next slot.

How do I get a copy of past invoices?

Open a ticket with the project name and date range. We’ll send a consolidated PDF packet or individual receipts.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all payments are final. We will correct any documented billing errors promptly.
