Configure, Connect, and Launch Smoothly

Everything you need to know about domain setup, dashboard access, and automation integration — all in one place.

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your control center for everything — from files and milestones to communication and project updates.

  • Access link is provided right after payment confirmation.
  • Login using your registered email and temporary password.
  • You can update your password anytime under Profile → Security.
  • Navigation includes Projects, Files, Automations, Billing, and Support.

💡 Tip: Bookmark your dashboard link for quick access — it’s your main workspace for all updates.

Step 2: Domain & Email Setup

Every custom project comes with a free domain registration and free business email setup.

  • If you already own a domain, we’ll assist in connecting it to our server.
  • If you don’t, we’ll register one under your brand name (subject to availability).
  • Includes one professional email (e.g., hello@yourbrand.com) connected to your domain.
  • Email hosting is not included, but we’ll help you configure it with your preferred provider (Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, etc.).

DNS, SPF, DKIM, and security records are all configured for deliverability and brand trust.

Step 3: System & Integration Setup

We connect all essential systems so your brand runs smoothly from day one.

  • Contact forms and CRM routing.
  • Email automation triggers for inquiries, new clients, or orders.
  • Analytics and tracking setup for performance insights.
  • Dashboard and user permissions (if applicable).

All connections are verified manually by our team for accuracy and security.

Step 4: Automations & Workflow Logic

Your project includes built-in automations that handle essential workflows for you.

  • New inquiry received → automatic acknowledgment email.
  • New project created → onboarding checklist generated.
  • Payment received → dashboard access activated.
  • Plan renewed → task updates applied automatically.

Our goal is to make your system quietly handle repetitive work while you focus on growth.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance

Before launch, everything passes through our internal technical checklist to ensure stability and smooth operation.

  • All links, buttons, and forms are tested for proper function.
  • Emails are verified for correct routing and formatting.
  • Website and dashboard are tested across major devices.

Once complete, you’ll receive a “System Ready” confirmation and optional walkthrough video (if included in your package).

Step 6: Post-Launch Access & Care

After your project launches, access remains available for reviews or adjustments.

  • Standard access: active for 30 days post-launch.
  • Care Plan clients: continuous dashboard access and maintenance support.
  • Upgrade to a Care Plan anytime from your dashboard.

Care Plans ensure your system, automations, and dashboards continue to evolve with your business.

Support & Troubleshooting

If you experience technical issues or automation errors:

  1. Check your dashboard for live alerts or system notifications.
  2. Review your integration logs or credentials if recently changed.
  3. If it persists, open a Technical Support Ticket — our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
