All materials, systems, frameworks, and intellectual property created by Creative Ecom Lab remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights only for the specific deliverables purchased.

4. Service Delivery

Project timelines and deliverables are agreed upon individually with clients. Creative Ecom Lab is not liable for delays caused by client-side issues, including late feedback, missing content, or third-party dependencies.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are solely responsible for how they implement and utilize deliverables.

6. Whitelabel Licensing

Our Whitelabel Partnership operates under a separate Whitelabel License Agreement. These Terms do not cover licensing rights, renewals, or revenue partnerships.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively within Philippine courts.

8. Privacy & Cookies

Creative Ecom Lab respects your privacy. We collect limited personal information, such as your name, email address, and payment details, only for the purpose of providing services and processing transactions. All payments are securely handled by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, SureCart) and we do not store full credit card details.
