Welcome to Creative Ecom Lab. By accessing or using our website (creativeecomlab.com) and related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use

Creative Ecom Lab provides digital services including website development, SEO, automation, AI assistants, email marketing, and care plans. By using our site, you agree not to misuse or exploit any part of our content, brand, or intellectual property.

2. Payments & Refunds

All payments made to Creative Ecom Lab are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that there are no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once payment has been processed.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, frameworks, and intellectual property created by Creative Ecom Lab remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights only for the specific deliverables purchased.

4. Service Delivery

Project timelines and deliverables are agreed upon individually with clients. Creative Ecom Lab is not liable for delays caused by client-side issues, including late feedback, missing content, or third-party dependencies.

5. Scope & Change Requests

All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope. Requests outside the defined scope, including additional features, revisions, or integrations, may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are solely responsible for how they implement and utilize deliverables.

7. Termination

Creative Ecom Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if a client breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or engages in misuse of services.

8. Data Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, passwords, and integrations. Creative Ecom Lab is not liable for breaches or misuse arising from weak client-side security practices.

9. Hosting & Domains

Creative Ecom Lab may assist in registering domains and setting up hosting for client projects. By default, we provide WordPress setup through our chosen hosting provider as part of your project build. Clients who already have an active hosting provider may alternatively request delivery on their own hosting environment, provided it meets minimum technical requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, hosting setup is provided as part of project delivery only. Creative Ecom Lab is not a hosting company and does not assume responsibility for ongoing server maintenance, downtime, or troubleshooting. Ongoing hosting support, server fixes, or provider-related issues (e.g., Namecheap or other registrars) must be handled directly with the hosting company. Creative Ecom Lab may assist in liaising with the provider under an active Care Plan, but is not responsible for server-level troubleshooting by default.

10. Whitelabel Licensing

Our Whitelabel Partnership operates under a separate Whitelabel License Agreement. These Terms do not cover licensing rights, renewals, or revenue partnerships. Creative Ecom Lab has no contractual relationship with the end-clients of whitelabel partners and assumes no liability toward them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively within Philippine courts.

12. Privacy & Cookies

Creative Ecom Lab respects your privacy. We collect limited personal information, such as your name, email address, and payment details, only for the purpose of providing services and processing transactions. All payments are securely processed by trusted third-party providers, and we do not store full credit card details.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and improve site functionality. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies; however, some features of the site may not function properly without them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate our services. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies and the collection of your data in line with this policy.
